We are stagers doing things differently. We don’t have a one-look-fits-all glitzy show home appearance. Instead, we work with the style of the property and the buyer demographics, meaning each staging looks slightly different and unique to your property.

This approach sits between generic staging and expensive interior design. We create looks that feel personal and appropriate without the cost of full design services.

We can adapt our approach to your needs, whether you prefer a neutral show home style or want something more distinctive and tailored.

Home Staging Pricing

Staging typically costs less than 1% of your sale price, with prices starting at £2,495 + VAT (1 bedroom flat).

We offer a minimum hire period of 8 weeks which shows your property fully furnished and staged for viewings right until you achieve your sale, or until exchange of contracts.

For properties that need more than staging, we also offer renovation and improvement services alongside our staging packages.

As well as these set packages, we offer a curated design look for an additional £995 + VAT. This sits in the middle of interior design and staging and is more of a mini design service, which is great if you are offering a turnkey service to your buyer.

For properties that need more than staging alone, we offer comprehensive renovation services from light refreshing to complete transformations, including new kitchens and full refurbishments.

Empty vs Lived-In Properties

We match our staging packages to suit the development project and style of the building, as well as buyer demographics and of course, budget.

Vacant Staging: This is when the property is empty and requires furniture and accessories to be brought in. This demands a larger but essential investment, but still usually costs less than 1% of the sale price.

Occupied Staging: For properties where owners are still living, we focus on depersonalising and improving the existing setup. This involves strategic repositioning, adding key pieces, and removing personal items to create broad buyer appeal.

How Does it Work?

1. Request a Quote

Request a quote to stage your property via our online quoting form or call our office and speak to us in person.

2. Agree Install Date

Talk to our team to agree on an installation date (we require 10-14 days notice).

3. Stage

We collect keys, stage and install all furniture and staging within 24 hours of collection, and take the professional photos.

4. Market

You will receive your professionally edited photographs within 48 hours for use in marketing your property.
